NYACP Year-End Review: A Year of Growth, Engagement & Impact
As 2025 comes to a close, the New York Chapter proudly reflects on a year marked by dynamic educational programming, strong advocacy efforts, and well-deserved recognition of excellence within our internal medicine community.
Advancing Education & Member Opportunities
Throughout the year, NYACP delivered a robust lineup of high-quality educational activities designed to support lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
NYACP demonstrated strong engagement across New York State by hosting 44 district and virtual meetings with more than 1,550 attendees. Its programs, ranging from the Chapter’s Annual Scientific Meeting, NYACP’s premier event of the year, to informative and engaging webinars and local district activities and co-sponsored events, provided evidence-based updates, practical clinical guidance, opportunities to earn valuable CME and MOC credits, well-being collaboration, and so much more!
NYACP also continued to expand opportunities for residents and medical students, with the Chapter's abstract, poster, and Drs Dilemma Competitions. Reinforcing our commitment to supporting the next generation of internal medicine physicians is extremely important to NYACP!

A Strong Voice in Advocacy
NYACP remained an active and respected voice in state and federal advocacy efforts. Efforts drew strong statewide participation once again, offering members a simple and direct platform to communicate, influence, and share personal stories, insights, and legislative priorities from clinical practice and patient experiences.
