Paula Lester, MD, FACP, CMD was recently appointed the title of Professor of Medicine at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine. She earned this appointment in May 2024 and was celebrated with a certificate by hospital leadership at the Dean's Honors Dinner in October 2024. Dr. Lester attributes her leadership experiences and academic achievements though NYACP as a key part of earning the title of Professor.
