CME AND MOC Statement

To claim credit - go to the Annual Scientific meeting link on the New York Chapter webpage and follow the prompts to claim credit.  The MOC quiz is available at the end of the meeting.

The American College of Physicians (ACP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The ACP designates this other (blended learning) for a maximum 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 12 medical knowledge MOC point in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Resident & Medical Student Activities: Virtual Poster Competition                                                               

The Chapters popular poster competition is scheduled online Thursday, September 24 & October 1, 2020 via zoom. The abstract competition is closed, program and clerkship directors will be notified of results the week of Sept. 7th..  The winners of the poster competition will be announced during the virtual reception on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 6 pm.
